At Pawret, we want you and your beloved pets to be completely happy with every purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and we're here to make the return process as smooth as possible.
Our 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have a full 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This gives you ample time to ensure your new Pawret product is the perfect fit for your furry friend.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn, unused, with all original tags attached.

Packaging: It must be in its original packaging, just as you received it.

Proof of Purchase: You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
How to Initiate a Return
Starting a return is easy! Simply contact us at support@pawret.com to begin the process. If your return is accepted, our customer support team will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
⚠️ Important Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs & Fees

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or if we've made a mistake and sent you the wrong product, Pawret will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email at no cost to you.

Change of Mind (Buyer's Remorse): For returns due to a change of mind or if you simply decided you no longer need the item, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order carefully upon reception. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away at support@pawret.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and ensure the safety of all pets, certain items cannot be returned:

Perishable Goods: Pet food, treats, and supplements cannot be returned once opened.

Custom Products: We cannot accept returns for custom products, such as special orders or personalized pet items (e.g., custom engraved name tags).

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get exactly what you're looking for is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification. The item must still be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
